The slides are available in two formats, each with one slide per page.
In PDF format.
In ps.gz (compressed Postscript) format.
To produce a customized view (using Unix/Linux, of course):
Use the command gzip -d to decompress the .ps.gz
file.
Use the command psnup to place as many logical
sheets per
physical page as desired.
It may be necessary to use the -b option of
psnup to place sufficient borders around the slides so
that they do not run off of the end of the page.
Experiment a bit to see what works.
Use the command ps2pdf to convert the Postscript to
PDF,
if desired.
