In PDF format, with three slides per page and lines to make
notes.
In ps.gz (compressed Postscript) format, with one slide per page.
The PDF version is appropriate for those who wish to print
hardcopy of the slides to use during the lectures.
The ps.gz version is provided for those who wish to produce a
customized view of the slides.
To produce a customized view (using Unix/Linux, of course):
Use the command gzip -d to decompress the .ps.gz file.
Use the command psnup to place as many logical sheets per
physical page as desired.
It may be necessary to use the -b option of
psnup to place sufficient borders around the slides so
that they do not run off of the end of the page.
Experiment a bit to see what works.
Use the command ps2pdf to convert the Postscript to PDF,
if desired.
