Lecture 10
In this lecture, we will discuss applications of Service-Oriented Architecture designs and technology. We will introduce the concept of Cloud Computing, a new computing paradigm focused on abstraction of the use of computation-based resources. Dynamic service provisioning, geographical scalability, virtualization, and infrastructure elasticity will be discussed. A number of current Cloud Computing endevours will be presented to illustrate the concept and utility of the Cloud Computing paradigm.
