2014-12-15: The assignment 4 specification has been updated with a clarification: students are free to choose their own message delivery system for the Chord network (see specification for details).

2014-12-03: Due to the high workload and delays in grading of the first assignments, the December deadline for assignments 3 and 4 are moved to January 12. See the course schedule and email list for details.

2014-12-02: The assignment 4 specification has been updated with a clarification: students are not allowed to use the Open Chord framework used the P2P tutorial in the assignments, as the task of the assignment is to implement the Chord algorithms themselves.

2014-10-08: When handing in assignments, please either print the report and put it in the box outside the D corridor on level 4 in the MIT building or send an email to the TA stating that the report is available in your ~/edu/5dv153/assignmentX/report directory. Also, read and consider the CS departments guidelines on writing assignment reports.
